Breaking barriers: Contributing to raising societal awareness and to women living free from violence through a media / social media campaign and public activities on gender-based violence against women, training workshops on prevention and reporting with women and youth community leaders, and targeted political advocacy with the social inclusion roundtable of Santa Rosa de Copán, Honduras.

PTP will accomplish this through newsletters targeted to specific cohorts and a 2SLGBTQI+ health “Pink Paper”, all created by journalists supported by health professionals and stakeholder groups and through interactive social media conversations supporting the newsletters. Digital distribution of content in both English and French will provide equal access to rural, remote and urban Canadians.

Within the context of automated chemistry in human-centric labs, the main technical difficulties are the perception transparent and non-rigid materials, along with the lack of fast and accurate physical simulators for liquids, powders, and granular media. Existing physical simulators, for example, are either real-time or accurate, but not both, which makes planning and controlling the robots via visual feedback challenging and error prone.

Through this 17-month systemic change project, Black Women Film (BWF) will help advance the security, economic prosperity and representation of Black, non-binary and trans women producers in leadership and decision-making roles within the film and media industry, through systemic change. Specifically, the project will tackle the systemic barriers they face in order to improve their access to opportunities, and to safer and more inclusive working environments, at all stages of production.
