The project consists of content and information design and development for Unico Power's external and internal marketing program. This includes defining requirements and structure of the marketing program, collating and refining existing content and delivering targeted marketing in the form of 1) An effective customer marketing brochure, 2) Development of customer and project case studies and profiles, 3) Delivery of case studies via social media posts on Linked-In and Facebook, 4) Deployment of content on the company website (content focused), and 5) Other marketing tools and content as determined by the Youth during the project

Development of a purpose built work management systems for industrial service providers that deploy field workers to client job sites, such as in the construction industry, that are meant to replace paper based systems. Features to include shift and task timers, project management and task assignments, and safety checklists, with mobile device interfaces for field workers. The design principles focus on minimizing user interactions so as to reduce overhead and keep workers focused on delivering value to the clients. This initial product offering will help to fund the development of other advanced products, such as AI based estimation tools that can scan architectural drawings and automatically produce bills of materials and work estimates.
