Our project, “Winning with Technology” aims to bring virtually every aspect of our traditional mortgage lending business online and available for a virtual interaction. Spurred by restrictions implemented during Covid-19, and in conjunction with changing client preferences which are moving increasingly digital, Hosper will leverage technology to change our customer experience for the better.

The Project involves delivering new capabilities to provide self-service for customers and/or installation partners, with a suite of tools to configure system workflows and optimize systems to reflect ongoing operations.

Built around the themes of Configure, Implement, Manage, this Project will create a new suite of installer and user tools to provide ongoing configuration management, customer self-service operations, and plant floor data recording capabilities.

Key attributes of the design include an intuitive UI/UX, application safe updating with version control/rollback, and a new mobile application for plant data recording by equipment operators.

The firm aims to develop Software As A Service (SAAS) platform that will allow small businesses a lightweight and standardized onboarding process to gain access to a network of large enterprises that they often do work for and need to collect payment from. This innovation will provide access to these large companies with fewer steps, fewer approvals, and shorter wait times to collect payment. The firm’s solution will also provide the small business owners more control over their payment terms including preferred payment methods, and payment schedules. They will be able to set rules on when they need to get paid, and what method they need to get paid so that they can gain access to the funds quickly and easily reconcile their accounting.

To provide employment for a graduate youth in the field of Mechatronics Engineering and high-quality training in engineering and robotic products, to develop teamwork, hands-on engineering, embedded programming, and professional communication skills.

R&D in technology and product designs for new mid (3-5mm) and fine pixel pitch (1-3mm) outdoor LED display technology extending VISIONiQ technology previously developed with IRAP collaboration. VISIONiQ is established as a successful product platform and its extension into the very technically challenging but explosively growing and sparsely contended mid/fine pixel pitch space presents a significant opportunity for market leadership in new and existing markets.

This project will support the development a one-of-a-kind antibody discovery platform, through the integration of a new single B cell technology using innovative memory, plasma and repertoire B cell workflows, with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), machine learning and recombinant protein production.

This project will support the pre-clinical development of novel therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals that selectively bind to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), as potential treatments for prostate cancer.

This project will support an improved level of accuracy for OL and HL series devices when tracking a leak source and will allow mass flow quantification accuracy to be improved to a level of accuracy which can support the HL submission for consideration as approved alternate technology in methane emissions monitoring assessments and surveys.

The development of this technology is focused on two parameters: 1. Find economical and simple solution to manufacture and install stainless steel spot repair system in pipes with diameter > 1000mm; 2. Test and Implement remote monitoring system as part of the repair process or as subsequent installations post repair of pipes.
