Commercialization strategy: The project consists of the national promotion of the 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions of the Pentathlon des neiges and the new ICEMAN challenge, a sports competition developed according to triathlon standards, which will take place at the same time.

Canada's Fisheries Fund will transform and drive innovation in the fish and seafood sector in Canada with a focus on developing the sector to better meet growing market demands for sustainably sourced, high-quality fish and seafood products.

This project aims to improve human rights related to the sexual and reproductive health of women and adolescent girls in the Bas-Sassandra district of Côte d'Ivoire. The activities of this project include: 1) providing technical assistance to local health authorities on planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of gender-sensitive, inclusive, and accountable sexual and reproductive health services; 2) delivering a training program for health personnel on modern sexual and reproductive health approaches that respond to the needs of adolescent girls; 3) organize awareness campaigns on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights that target community members, particularly parents, religious leaders, and adolescents; and 4) establish mobile teams to provide sexual and reproductive health and rights support to out-of-school youth. This project aims to directly benefit more than 165,000 adolescent girls and indirectly benefit 264,000 people, including 4,000 health and education sector intermediaries, and approximately 260,000 members of the target communities, particularly parents, religious leaders, and adolescents.

The 7th World One Health Congress (WOHC) will take place in Singapore in November 2022. Southeast Asia remains a hot spot for emerging infectious diseases. The region is home to concentrated population centres with high levels of socio-economic diversity and mobility, wide ranging human and animal health system capacities, one of the highest rates of deforestation globally and climate shifts that impact humans, animal and vector ecologies. Together, these contribute to a host of disease threats.

The funding provides supports to projects that focuses on career exploration opportunities to support well-informed career decisions in the skilled trades, skilled training to help participants prepare for success in the skilled trades, and work experience to offer hands-on job experience and connections to employers. The program focuses on groups that face barriers entering the trades, like youth, women, Indigenous people, newcomers, persons with disabilities, members of racialized communities.

The overarching objective of the Union Training and Innovation Program aims to strengthen apprenticeship training systems to better support a skilled, inclusive, certified and productive trades workforce by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of training provided. .The streams have the following specific objectives: .Stream 1 (Equipment) will increase investment in training equipment and materials for higher quality training, leading to a more skilled and productive trade workforce. .Stream 2 (Innovation in Apprenticeship) will support innovation and enhanced partnerships to address long-standing and complex challenges that limit apprenticeship outcomes. .Stream 3 (Women in Construction Fund [WCF]) will support projects that expand or replicate successful models to encourage more women to participate and succeed in apprenticeship and the skilled trades. Stream 4 (Trades Exploration and Experience Program) will support projects that encourage Canadians to explore, prepare for, participate and succeed in apprenticeship and skilled trades careers.

The Recipient will engage in meaningful two-way dialogue regarding economic participation in the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, to benefit their communities. The following activities will be undertaken: participation in bilateral and/or multilateral meetings organized by Finance Canada, through methods including virtual and teleconference capacity, in-person, or written submissions.
