Veritree currently operates as a value-added service provider, reselling trees and offering verification and reporting. This project focuses on implementing a Verification-As-A-Service (VaaS) model.

This project aims to develop a smaller, intramuscular autoinjector capable of delivering a concentrated formulation of tranexamic acid (TXA), a widely used antifibrinolytic for treating hemorrhage. The Firm’s current prototype can deliver up to 5 mL; however, user feedback from military and emergency responders indicates a strong preference for a more compact device. By formulating TXA at higher concentrations, the Firm has reduced the required injection volume to 2–3 mL. This enables the design of a smaller, more field-appropriate autoinjector without compromising therapeutic efficacy.

The youth will serve as a Junior Systems Developer at Grey Matter, supporting the development and validation of the unique transcranial focused ultrasound helmet. Her responsibilities include system testing, protocol development, thermal testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The youth also assists in designing testing rigs and defining technical requirements. Over the next year, efforts will specifically focus on validating systems, conducting tests during prototyping, and creating detailed component documentation.

By working with health-tech partners, the project aims to create a scalable solution and validate its feasibility through real-world feedback.

TCG Machines will be conducting a two-phased project with the aim of increasing the efficiency of their production processes and increasing the output capacity of their manufacturing facility. The first phase will be a lean manufacturing analysis and implementation of those findings. The second phase will be a production automation analysis and implementation of those findings.
