with an active customer list approaching 600 clients and significant growth both domestically and in the US, GrackleDocs' sales resources have been spread thin, creating an opportunity for a recent graduate to assist the team in sales enablement, customer management and lead generation. Expanding our sales team is a critical need, we are in process of launching several new software products, and have AI tools currently in deployment which will require significant efforts from our sales operations to push into the market. Belair Mechatronics Inc. will provide a recent engineering graduate with hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing, supporting CNC machining, process optimization, engineering documentation, and AI-assisted efficiency initiatives while working alongside senior engineering and production staff.

The Project, a collaboration between the NRC and NORAM Electrolysis Systems Inc. (NESI) includes three work scopes. The NRC will provide NESI with a Lithium rich brine produced via two lithium extraction processes, a solvent-based approach and a Lithium leaching approach. NESI will process the Lithium streams using NESI's proprietary electrolysis and pre-treatment technologies. Then, NESI will take the electrochemical cell products and further process them by evaporation crystallization and other concentration and purification methods to form a battery grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate (LHM), a sulfuric acid stream, and a salt recycle stream. NESI will analyze the LHM and acid product and provide an impurity profile. Based on dialogue with NESI and results produced throughout the Project, the NRC will provide novel membrane composite materials for use in the NESI electrolysis cells. NESI will perform electrolysis with the novel membrane composites to quantify process improvements resulting from the novel membranes.

The network analyzer device intent is to be designed to support troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance improvement of high-speed networked systems. It consists of a hardware interface, a host computer, and associated firmware/software tools.

The system operates as a node within the network and observes network activity during normal operation. Its purpose is to provide visibility into overall network behavior, system status, message activity, and diagnostic information. Key capabilities may include network monitoring, health reporting, message inspection, logging for debugging, and automated test support.

The project will support commercialization and sales growth of new products across multiple sales channels. This will create an exciting career opportunity for a new graduate to learn product development, sales and business growth strategies.

This project aims to provide meaningful employment for a youth in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science in the role of Statistical/AI Analyst. The selected candidate will support the development of an AI‑based adaptive examination system by conducting statistical analysis, assisting in AI model development, and contributing to data-driven improvements in the system’s adaptive assessment capabilities.

The platform evaluates organizational security across six key areas: public-facing digital infrastructure, internal network security, endpoint devices, third-party vendor risk, employee security awareness, and compliance frameworks.
