To provide employment for a graduated youth in the field of business analysis, entrepreneurial product market fit analysis and provide high quality training in business to develop client facing, business analysis skills.

The position will support ongoing market research and the generation of collateral for the purposes of advancing business objectives with our target customers (Telco, Fintech, Enterprises, Government). In addition, this role will help us collect data and maintain an awareness of our competitors to ensure the company will remain fully informed on market trends, other parties' research, and implement best practices.

This project provides on the job training and experience for a recent UofA Arts graduate in the areas of content production and marketing for a specialty streaming service.

This project consists of developing an online platform where user-specific data will be hosted and displayed for visualization purposes. This includes full-stack development to link an AWS cloud server to the website, along with front-end development to display data in a concise and user-friendly manner. The project deliverable is a fully functional and interactive web platform for Picketa Systems' customers, which will play an integral role in the commercialization of the solution.

The project consists of acquiring and conventionally measuring the nutrient content (Nitrate-Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, etc.) in 800 potato petiole samples across nine farms, 60 fields, and three New Brunswick counties. The Visible-Near Infrared spectra of the samples will also be measured. Chemometric models that estimate the nutrient content in potato plants from the Visible-Near Infrared spectra will be trained using the spectral data as the predictor variable and the conventional measurements as the response variable.

Picketa Systems plans to raise a pre-seed round of investment for Spring 2022. This project aims to update the company’s business plan and financials, perform customer validation, and secure investment agreements up to $500,000.

To inform the activity of people in specific cities and regions in RUNWITHIT’s (RWI) Synthetic Environments (SE), RWI is looking to design, trial and validate a modular, repeatable approach to generate synthetic populations, with geo-locational and attribute specificity. When RWI generates Synthetic Populations they become a complete facsimile in composition and demonstrate the level of fidelity to support the demographics and psychographics for our energy, resilience and mobility models, an extraordinary accelerator for RWI’s commercial application of SEs, enhancing our ability to rapidly model large region on spec to enter new markets and facilitate access to our existing and planned model catalogue. The project is scoped for 4 months.

Create a web platform for healing practitioners to develop multi-practitioner and multi-service health and wellness programs that are optionally prorated to patients as a monthly membership with that practitioner or group of practitioners.

This project will investigate the feasibility of employing integrated solar panel technology as the basis for developing a structurally viable roof system for ambulances.
