This project aim to design a new student experience by building on the strength of an existing School Program that has served the school communities for decades. This renewed classroom program will immerse students in the topics of sky science, space exploration, and the upcoming Artemis space missions. The new program titled "Mission SPACE: Artemis Edition" will take place in our iconic S.P.A.C.E. exhibition and focusses on Canada’s role in moon exploration, with special attention paid to the Artemis program.

The main objectif of the project is to inform and educate the youth and their educators on the innovation within outer space travel and Canada’s contribution to space exploration. The public will be enlightened and ‘wow’d as they experience maneuvering a virtual space robotic arm, rounding out their education and experience of Canada’s contribution to space exploration and the rest of their outreach educational programming. This program will be accessible for groups throughout the province and taken on the road with our GO! Science Outreach team.

NCGC is proposing to host an UNLEASH Canada Regional Innovation Lab, a 7-day innovation in-person conference that would bring together global talent from across the circumpolar north for events that aim to build capacity and generate innovative solutions.

Lab participants would be youth aged 18 to 35. It will benefit up to 200 Canadian youth, including 100 from the Territories and northern Canada, and 100 from Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Denmark, including Faroe Islands and Greenland), for a total of 300 youth.

The UNLEASH Regional Innovation Labs are ongoing events (in average every 2 years), and the next one will take place in Canada

We will build a recurrent inference machine (i.e. a type of neural network) that can successfully deconvolve the intrinsic X-ray spectrum of a source from the XRISM instrumental response function.

Image analyses utilizing machine learning (ML) approaches have the potential to dramatically improve crop phenotyping.

In concert with First Nation citizen knowledge holders and Elders, students will conduct snow and ice science activities, do baseline assessments of available flora and fauna and local geomorphology, and buttress that data with learning and traditional environmental knowledge provided by around seven VGFN citizens.

Acquisition of digital equipment: the project aims to improve the productivity and increase the production capacity of a company specialized in the machining of high precision metal parts.

This will be accomplished in the following ways:
• Through partnership and joint management of distinctions based investments that will enhance and expand Indigenous ELCC, and support the transfer of ELCC to Indigenous organizations;
• Strengthening foundational supports for Indigenous ELCC through, for example, Indigenous led quality improvement projects; and
• Adapting and improving existing federal programs to be more flexible, adaptable and horizontal across federal departments as a first step prior to transferring control, so that programs cohesively support the goals of the Framework including supporting self determination.

The objectives of the program are to:.•Support greater influence and control over Indigenous ELCC programs and services by Indigenous peoples;.•Improve quality and accessibility of Indigenous ELCC with an emphasis on cultural and language content;.•Support a more holistic and integrated system of quality ELCC services for Indigenous peoples; and.•Adapt and improve existing federal programs to be more flexible, adaptable and horizontal across federal departments as a first step prior to transferring control..
