Networking and capacity building for SMEs and Researchers in environmental sustainability

The purpose of this funding is to support Chippewas of Kettle and Stony Point First Nation in reviewing and commenting on REGDOC 3.2.2 – Indigenous Engagement.

The purpose of this funding is to support English River First Nation in hosting a traditional sweat lodge ceremony in Saskatoon and Cold Lake performed by Elders.

The project consists of in-depth qualitative interviews with Canadian Armed Forces Veterans to explore the experience of participating in disaster relief support with focus on occupation training, career impacts, military-to-civilian transition, and health outcomes.

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement relies on national societies such as the Canadian Red Cross to maintain personnel resources available for additional capacity and surge support to its humanitarian response operations worldwide.

To promote awareness of, and involvement in, conservation, protection and restoration of Canadian Pacific fish stocks and habitat to achieve healthy, sustainable and naturally diverse stocks and habitat.

Contributes to the recovery of endangered, threatened, and other species of concern, by engaging Canadians in conservation actions to benefit wildlife and to protect aquatic species at risk.

The project consists of stabilizing the banks in the most critical areas in order to protect the integrity of these two roads, including the drinking water pipes, the sanitary sewer pipes and the overhead electrical network. In addition, the project will ensure the safety of the citizens living in these areas.
