This 24-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. The St. John’s Women Centrel will achieve this by identifying gender equity issues across the province and share recommendations to the provincial government by increasing capacity regarding gender-based violence response in communities and workplaces across the province, and by contributing to the development of a Feminist Governance Tool and Training.

This 30-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Access to Justice and Law Reform Institute of Nova Scotia Ltd. will achieve this by developing training and resources, conducting research, networking and collaborating with stakeholders and drafting and compiling a final evaluation.

This 27-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. The Nova Scotia Native Women's Association will address systemic barriers imposed on First Nations, Indigenous and Mi’kmaq communities in accessing adequate housing and infrastructure.

This 30-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. The YWCA Halifax will achieve this by scaling-up a past Gender Inclusive Leadership course and by piloting new initiatives that promote the participation of diverse and underrepresented women in skilled trades in Nova Scotia.

This 28-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. caterToronto will achieve this by: working with community-based researchers to engage racialized and immigrant women at all levels of the food industry across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas, to examine the issues and barriers they face and make recommendations for systemic change; compiling the findings in a report and presenting it at a multi-stakeholder conference; and informing working groups from priority neighbourhoods to help them develop action plans to implement the findings.

This 30-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Times Change Women’s Employment Services will achieve this by: connecting with management and senior staff at companies (including those in typically male-dominated fields) to assign responsibility for diversity in the workplace; educating employers about the benefits of diversity and methods for increasing staff retention and advancement; exposing Times Change clients to non-traditional employers through career panels and employment opportunities; and by providing employers, employees and clients with coaching to support job retention and facilitate positive change in workplace culture.

This 30-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. The Young Women's Christian Organization Regina will achieve this by expanding implementation of the YWCA Upstander Education Program, expanding program delivery to rural areas, promoting and hosting the Week Without Violence campaign, developing and distributing awareness campaign materials, and community outreach.

This 22-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Liard Aboriginal Women’s Society (LAWS) will achieve this by recruiting and orienting advocates, collaboratively designing the Kaska Advocates leadership pilot, developing resources and protocol, increasing access to cultural services for victims, conducting a full cycle evaluation, facilitating peer supports for advocates, encouraging greater collaboration between organizations, and undertaking knowledge dissemination activities.

This 26-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Anish Corporation will achieve this by implementing a project to advance the socio-economic standing of Indigenous womxn.

This 25-month project will support a feminist response and recovery from the current impacts of COVID-19, through systemic change. Elevate Aviation will achieve this by addressing systemic barriers within the aviation sector in Canada.
