This proposal seeks funding support under the Youth Employment Program to hire a recent graduate who will assist in the definition, documentation, development and validation of engineering and compliance processes associated with the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) determination for embedded control systems. These processes will be used to inform the logic and content of our proprietary internal AI tool, which supports our engineering teams and customers in navigating the SIL workflow efficiently and accurately.

The technical resource will help to develop Saltwinds coffee roasting innovations with the aim of deploying these innovations in large scale production roasting and potentially into monetizable IP. These innovations include Saltwinds proprietary ocean air coffee infusion
process as well as Saltwinds reduced emissions roasting process. The candidate will be involved in production roasting, will carry out QA/QC as they refine the firm's roasting innovations, and will be a part of the firm's ongoing continuous improvement efforts.

Support YOUTH to develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy that enhances customer engagement for Avenue Intelligence.

This project aims to introduce traditional halal slaughter techniques which will significantly boost production capacity, and enable them to become one of the most efficient traditional halal slaughter operations in Canada while improving animal welfare prior to slaughter through enhanced stunning methods.

The project is centered on the development and commercialization of the Kashkaval cheese variety in Canada. With increased popularity between Canadian of European and Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern origin, this cheese has wide application in daily dishes and it is highly sought after.
