This project consists of developing a marketing strategy in order to establish the best approach to the market for the introduction of new products designed within the firm.

As a Business Development Representative, Sibin is responsible for actively identifying and qualifying new prospective customers for us. In order to do so, he must have intimate knowledge of our product, target market and the challenges that our prospects encounter. Further, he must be adept at using various systems and technologies, including our prospect data and CRM software. He must take a data-driven approach to understand what kind of messaging works for each type of company (ie different sectors), as different sectors tend to find our solution useful for different reasons.

To reduce hull resistance thereby lowering fuel consumption through the use of wave cancellation hull appendages.

The overall project objective is to develop an alternative composite graphite and resin material with comparable or improved functional properties that enables the continuous cost-efficient scalable production of bipolar plates for fuel cell applications.

This 44-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Jean Augustine Centre for Young Women’s Empowerment (J.A.C.) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality for girls and young women. Key capacity building activities will include: the development and implementation of a financial sustainability plan, with a focus on a funding and fundraising diversification strategy; programmatic planning and systems updates to integrate and mainstream results-based management processes; strengthening Board governance; and the development of new partnerships, for strengthened organizational
sustainability.

The supplement funding will enable J.A.C to further strengthen its financial health with the development of a social enterprise model informed by results-based management processes developed in the earlier phase of the project. Furthermore, J.A.C will increase its organizational capacity to affect change by evaluating its current advocacy activities to inform the development and implementation of an improved advocacy strategy.

This 7-month project will address capacity needs to allow the Assaulted Women's Helpline meet increased call volume due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The helpline has seen a surge in calls, rising exponentially each week, since the start of the pandemic. Because of the volume of calls, the organization’s tracking system has shown an increase in the number of dropped and unanswered calls because the lines are busy. The funding will help the organization manage the increased call volume until March 31, 2021.

This 19-month project will address capacity shortfalls and increased demand created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, this project will increase the number of employees and phone lines available to clients reaching out to the Assaulted Women’s Helpline. This will include additional lines for Deaf, deafen and hard of hearing communities and Non-English speakers. In addition to the increased capacity, AWHL will be able to increase the number of referrals to other services and the ability to train the staff to support abused women and children’s needs during the pandemic.
