The project will support the development and implementation of regional tenant rights workshops and materials in five jurisdictions and will establish regional tenant advocacy cohorts to form a national community focused on gender-responsive tenant protection. The project will formalize partnerships with legal and community organizations and convene roundtables and consultations to discuss emerging issues and make policy recommendations to municipal, provincial and federal housing authorities.

The annual contribution will ensure Canada continues to meet its financial obligations to the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, as well as fulfilling Canada's international policy objectives.

This project will identify knowledge gaps in federal right to housing mechanisms and develop public legal education and information materials on how right to housing mechanisms can be leveraged to strengthen and protect tenants' rights. The project will produce a national summary report highlighting key points and strategies for advancing tenant protections and accessibility through mechanisms in the National Housing Strategy Act.

Vessl Prosthetics is recruiting a Business Development Associate to drive the commercial launch of Kinn, our innovative automatic volume management socket system. This role will optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, generate and qualify leads among prosthetic clinics, and support sales outreach to clinicians. By standardizing outreach sequences, developing targeted marketing collateral, and coordinating trade show engagement, the associate will accelerate sales pipeline growth in our key US market. Funding this salary will ensure we build a scalable sales infrastructure, reduce time to revenue, and achieve our goal of onboarding 35 devices sold by the end of the project.

In collaboration with National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) worldwide, including NRC, the BIPM fulfills its mandate of providing the basis for a single, coherent system of measurements throughout the world, traceable to the International System of Units (SI). This mandate is carried out through a series of consultative committees whose members are the national metrology laboratories of the Member States, and through the BIPM’s own laboratory work, which includes carrying out measurement-related research and calibrations in selected areas for some Member States, depending on the technical sophistication of their NMIs. National Metrology Institutes then disseminate measurement standards through calibration services to national scientific, industrial, commercial, and public sector users.
