The objective of this project is to develop algorithms that will integrate pre-calving metabolic parameters of multiparous dairy cattle, as well as historical production and health data of the animal and the herd to predict, during lactation, the risks of 1) loss of production; 2) health problems; 3) reproductive problems; 4) culling; and 5) mortality. CAPCJ actively participates in law reform, issues regarding judicial independence of the courts, and timely and relevant education initiatives. It is committed to the achievement of several primary objectives, which address the role of the provincial courts as integral players in the delivery of justice to the citizens of Canada. These include: monitoring the status of provincially - appointed judges, acting as an advisory and consultative body to governments and other agencies involved in reforming the system of justice, and being an educator and disseminator of information to judges across the country. The activities undertaken by the Association ensures that the justice system remains responsive to the needs of Canadians.

The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.

This project aims to support Senegal’s public institutions to strengthen inclusive governance and ensure progress is made on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. In direct connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, this project supports Senegal’s public institutions so they can develop post-crisis public policies and programs that address the needs of women and girls and secure their participation in recovery efforts; it also provides support so the institutions can adopt public performance management approaches that incorporate gender equality.

Project activities include the following: (1) developing training curriculums on analyzing gender equity and equality as part of public performance management and crisis management; (2) implementing solutions to incorporate gender equity and equality into public institutions’ performance management processes, including in times of crisis; (3) setting up a networking and coordination platform for gender units in Senegalese ministries; (4) supporting the information systems of the Agence nationale de la statistique et de la démographie (Senegal’s national statistics and demography agency) and its partners to improve the use of sex-disaggregated data that make it possible to measure gendered impacts in times of crisis and develop strategic solutions; (5) setting up a networking platform for women leaders in Senegal’s public institutions; and (6) educating parliamentarians and public institution executives on gender equity and equality.

This project aims to benefit 3,400 people, mostly women, from Senegal’s public institutions, as well as women leaders and parliamentarians.

Established the first prescribed alternatives (safer supply) project in Toronto that offered injectable hydromorphone for people with opioid use disorder. The project helped people with opioid use disorder who did not respond to available safer supply and treatment services and who remained at high risk of overdose. The project also helped clients access and remain connected with health, housing, income and community programs that met their specific needs.
