Implement a series of plans and award contracts related to the multi-use building renovation project, including completing the design work, project management, contractor travel and accommodations, purchase of construction materials, and freight/shipping costs for construction materials.

This grant is Canada's long-term institutional support for the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). The OIF uses these funds, as well as those of other donors, to carry out its mandate.
