The rise of AI-driven search engines, such as Amazon Rufus and ChatGPT Search poses a major challenge for e-commerce businesses: existing search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, which relied on keyword-based ranking, are becoming ineffective in an AI-first shopping experience.
To address this, Ecomtent will develop new AI algorithms that dynamically adjust product descriptions, images, and metadata to align with AI-driven ranking systems like Amazon Rufus.

Improving real-time video streaming performance by incorporating bleeding edge technology to reduce bandwidth, packet loss, and input latency while streaming 4K @ 60 Frames per second.

The project plan is to develop an AI-based camera system specifically designed for live music recording and streaming. Our technology will utilize a fixed smartphone as a camera, dynamically adjusting the recorded image based on which band member is playing. This will create a perception of camera movements such as zoom, pan, or tilt, enhancing the viewer's experience without the need for a videographer or video editor.
2. Project Goal
The primary goal of this project is to complete our partially developed sophisticated AI model that can identify and dynamically switch the focus between different band members based on their activity by creating "labels" for sections of the image and using our AI model to decide which label to cut to.

Blind students in Canada and globally often lack access to quality education due to limited braille literacy support. Bonocle is developing an enterprise software for vision itinerant teachers and a gamified educational app for blind and low vision students.

This project will test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to optimize a repeatable and scalable business process, which may result in new business methods for web data extraction and monitoring software tools.

Increase utlization of Daiya's pizza production line by improving current pizza and flatbread products via component improvements; to develop a gluten free dairy free pizza product that more closely matches the sensorial experiences of a gluten dairy pizza; to expand capabilities on the pizza production line to novel formats.

This project outlines key developments and scaling initiatives for PROSARIS's innovative handheld ultrasonic technology and cloud platform. The primary objectives are to expand platform accessibility, introduce targeted enterprise features, enhance analytical capabilities, and significantly strengthen the cloud infrastructure to meet stringent industry standards.

This program will connect 35-40 Canadian SMEs in the bioproducts sector with a Canadian service provider who will help accelerate the commercialization of their innovative products and processes. Access to appropriate services from the broad range of commercial and technical assistance available improves both the likelihood and speed of commercial success for these Canadian SMEs. Furthermore, by identifying and engaging Canadian talent to provide these services, the value of the program is retained in Canada and national supply chains are created for these SMEs.

Develop a software platform for the real-time monitoring and regulatory reporting of ethylene oxide (EtO) emissions from industrial facilities.

Plant Plus Clean Technology (PPCT) is at the forefront of using plant-based composite materials in biopolymer production, striving to develop fully upcyclable products within a sustainable framework. This project focuses on optimizing and scaling up biochar integration into PPCT’s composite blend.
