Value Connect has developed various modules used to enable us to act as a 3rd party appraisal management service provider. Our goal is to develop a simple to use interface for lenders so they can manage the system directly. (Self-serve.) Appraisers will benefit from a simple to use tool to build appraisal reports (mobile and desktop functionality)

These products will be extended so they can work with more types of predictive models, more applications for these models, and have improved tools and workflows so different groups in the value chain can configure, implement and use the models.
