The project develops AI-driven visual analysis using CNN models trained on high-quality images. A URL-based app will allow scouts to upload images, experts to assign parameters, and AI to provide real-time analysis. Subscription models and white-label options will enhance adoption. Combined with plant and soil testing, this tool aids agronomists and producers in improving yield, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact.

The study of aquatic environmental DNA is an emerging field of research, enabling the monitoring of protected aquatic areas and the study of invasive or endangered species. The proposed system is an autonomous environmental DNA sampler.

Metasurfaces, with their compact size and broadband performance, are poised to revolutionize optics industries, however, the lack of accessible fabrication services hinders their widespread adoption. We plan to bridge this gap by adding a dedicated metasurfaces option to our NanoSOI™ foundry, which is utilized by leading companies in quantum computing (QC), artificial intelligence (AI), LIDAR, and sensing.

Adding dedicated metasurface and metalens fabrication capacity to our existing foundry will position our company for the future growth that is expected to occur in the field of advanced materials and optics for applications in electronics devices, high-speed computing, AI, and advanced imaging.

The Health Technology Assessment Support for SMEs aims to provide health technology assessment and guidance to SMEs. This project will help SMEs understand in quantified terms, the potential value of their new products/technologies to healthcare payers and insurers, commercial viability, market access opportunity, risks, and potential return on investment. It will undertake a quantitative assessment of the clinical and economic outcomes that might be achieved with the new product, and a determination of whether a healthcare payer will reimburse the product at a price sufficient to generate a return on investment. This will assist in strategic decision making that will impact the strategies used in the product life cycle management.

The Project will support the assessment of data quality and data sources for AI project development. The project may also characterize and document aspects of data for AI and Data Governance.
