Blü Creative is expanding internationally with its proprietary suite of AI-powered procurement automation tools that modernize how governments and vendors engage in public procurement. Through the Youth Employment Program, a Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing our global go-to-market strategy. The candidate will support competitive analysis, lead-gen content creation, and digital outreach targeting Canada and the U.S. markets, which are our main targets due to their uniformity. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth tech company while directly contributing to Canada's innovation economy and export diversification goals.

This project will explore the potential for AI to support users of the Paraglide system. The goal is to investigate how AI can analyze posture-related data alongside other health and environmental factors to predict the risk of developing pressure ulcers (also known as skin ulcers or bedsores).

Pressure ulcers are a serious health risk for individuals with limited mobility. They can result from sustained pressure on the skin due to prolonged sitting in one position. While Paraglide already tracks how often a user shifts their posture, this project aims to explore how that data can be combined with other known risk factors (age, weight, meds) in an effort to automate and update reposition notifications to mitigate the risk of ulcers.

The project summary is to increase our internal skillset related to analysis being performed on customer projects. As a Metrology company and a company growing in the Aerospace sector, we are attempting to better align our process outputs to our targeted customer base. This includes analysis, metrology, and customer communication. The project will also allow for our company to increase our in house ability to onboard more Aerospace work which is our largest repeating revenue stream.

Rising Tide BioAcoustics is developing a system to reduce the underwater noise produced by ships. This Active Noise Cancellation system (ANC) cancels/absorbs the very low frequency (VLF) sound produced by the propellor and power/propulsion system that is the most damaging to the marine environment. A secondary benefit is the reduction of ship hull fouling which will decrease fuel/energy consumption as well as the transfer of invasive species.
