This project consists of a major overhaul of the online testing platform which is currently outdated. This project will provide our clients with new functionalities and a user experience that will allow the company to stand out from the competition and give it a competitive edge in order to ensure its development, growth and future.

Free-from food products are categorized as foods that contain ingredients are that specifically removed to make them safer and healthier for consumers. Free-from is eliminating the 8 major food allergens such as dairy, gluten, egg, peanut, tree-nut, shellfish, fish, and soy. The global Free From food market is expected to value $337.85 billion, recording an estimated CAGR of 9.5%, during the forecast period (2019-2024) (Euromonitor, 2017). This type of market growth shows major opportunity for Duinkerken Foods. However, creating products that are unique is key to succeed and to be competitive in this growing market. Large USA and Canadian retailers have expressed interest and purchase of new seasonal products created by Duinkerken.

The emerging clean meat market is gaining considerable traction as consumers are increasingly making food choices based on ethical and environmental concerns. Plant-based meat producers already have products on sale in grocery stores and fast food chains nationwide. In addition, companies developing lab grown meat utilizing animal cells are raising significant investments and are expected to enter the marketplace in the coming years. Spiderwort is a biomaterials company which has developed novel plant-based materials for numerous high value applications, including for the development of clean meat. The goal of this project is to further refine the processes for developing 3D materials for plant- and cell-based meat.

Using the ISC Technology Readiness Level Scale, this project will develop synchronization technology from its current TRL of 3 to a TRL of 6. After which this technology would be evaluated on its potential of becoming a product that could be used to synchronize equipment.

Bluedrop wants to be a front-line contributor to training innovation using advanced simulation and software technologies. The Firm's vision is to create an environment where they can provide ‘Relevant training, Anywhere, Anytime’. The Firm will develop and integrate Learninglogics® with both Bluedrop and potentially non-Bluedrop developed simulators, using xAPI interfaces to collect performance data and develop algorithms to analyze trainee performance. Subsequent Learninglogics® output will enable performance comparison and management of trainee performance for adaptive training design. Bluedrop will define, analyze and measure crew performance and decision-making skills to improve training outcomes in crew environments for complex operational tasks.

The firm will conduct a controlled animal feeding trial to compare Ahiflower oil, a plant-based omega dietary oil, to fish and flaxseed oils using a novel carbon-isotope ratio method to discern brain DHA flux rates.

Solidify design concepts, review regulatory standards, finalize customer and product requirements, establish a design history file and select final design concept.

This project will enhance FarsightAI deep learning technology to accelerate the application of Machine Learning (ML).

Operations Coordinator will support the setup, implementation and ongoing support of new Trualta client portals.
