This project is to develop a minimal viable product (MVP) version of a Doctalk mobile app to provide device flexibility for users and to add unique mobile functionality.

Acuicy is a business intelligence tool for enterprises enabling net-zero supply chains by generating tailored, industry-specific recommendations on how to reduce the most amount of carbon emissions at the lowest cost. Acuicy uses AI to generate tailored carbon reduction solutions for suppliers to cut actual emissions, with deep data & insights to track progress towards net-zero goals. Suppliers can see the upfront investment, ROI, payback period and emissions reduction potential for each low carbon investment option.

Vanmok provides cost-effective, cloud-based leak detection technology (Vanmok LD Cloud) for short segment lateral pipelines in midstream and for deployments in gathering pipelines, emulsion pipelines, and saltwater pipeline networks in upstream sectors. Another product, Vanmok LD Studio is a multi-layer pipeline monitoring system using the extended real-time transient model for leak detection in long-distance pipelines especially carrying high dense phase fluids. Vanmok would like to hire a youth staff to help with the development of Front End Software for Vanmok products. This will be an excellent opportunity for youth staff to be involved in cutting-edge technology while applying software development principles.

Aqualitas’ R&D project is geared towards commercial demonstration of a robust, tightly controlled aquaponics system, starting with deployment of an aquaponics-specific feed, and assessing uncertainties related to collection, treatment, and processing of solid waste to support commercial-scale expansion.

The goal of the project is to develop a new spatial modulation and digital transducer control technology in order to further improve the throughputs of Marecomms' AQUABAND technology.

This project will serve to modernize our current delivery of customized data reports to our customer base, as well as give us the technical infrastructure to position ourselves as data experts to our customers. Once the initial construction of a Power BI based reporting hub is in place, we will begin the process of fulfilling custom data requests, which will represent an additional revenue stream we would have otherwise lost to non-industry-specific consulting firms - potentially lowering the stickiness we currently have with our customers.

Cubresa is a medical device company. Cubresa has developed a human brain imaging device (BrainPET System) and will complete a project to perform a technical assessment and market evaluation for the new device. The technical assessment will provide valuable information regarding the current performance and technical requirements for the device. The market evaluation will provide insight into the value of the technology form the perspective of the market (public health systems, private insurance companies, patients, etc.), and assess the market opportunity for key potential applications of the device, including Alzheimer's/dementia screening and therapy monitoring, clinical neurosurgery (epilepsy, brain cancer, etc.), and brain research.

Currently Air Trail enables aircraft operators to digitally plan and log flights, build crew schedules, track flight and duty times, track pilot currency, and run operational reports. In this project Air Trail will develop the next generation of its technology in order to capture additional segments of the Canadian and American markets. The developments in this project include allowing for remote access to sign off aircraft maintenance releases, integrating new third-party maintenance software and developing a mobile-friendly pilot duty interface. Air Trail will also automate its QA and onboarding processes.
