This project aims the purchase and installation of new automated processing and packaging equipment for lactose-free milk at the Don Mills plant in Ontario. Once completed, the project will increase production capacity and improve productivity to continue to meet growing demand from Canadian consumers.

The purpose of the Indigenous Habitat Participation Program- Grant Funding is to meet the legal obligations to support the participation of Indigenous communities in consultations on Departmental Crown conduct (i.e., decisions, such as arrangements, approvals, authorizations and permits) under the Fisheries Act and/or Species at Risk Act.

To carry out the Government of Canada’s 2018 Nature Legacy for Canada, which includes supporting and leveraging efforts to protect and recover aquatic species at risk; and building Indigenous capacity.

Improving potable water and sanitation management in communities around the National Maritime Park in the Bay Islands of Honduras through strengthening local water boards, installing water collection units and a network of potable water, and educational activities with children in the majority Garifuna / Afro Descendant community of Camp Bay, strengthening the organization in monitoring water quality.

In particular, the project will focus on utilizing GO Canada data, and additional supporting data sets, to deliver a better understanding of a new and previously ignored “missing loss process” impacting electron ring current and radiation belt dynamics.

Through its provision of key instrumentation to the European Space Agency’s Swarm satellite mission, now operating at the upper reaches of Earth’s atmosphere for nearly a decade, Canada has extensive experience in the study of Earth’s space plasma environment.

The objective of this research is to develop a forecast model for the probability of scintillation occurrence in GNSS signals over the Canadian Arctic with a high temporal and spatial resolution during quiet and disturbed geomagnetic conditions. The model will use 15 years of Canadian High Arctic Ionospheric Network (CHAIN) GNSS scintillation monitors collected data to infer statistical patterns, and solar wind parameters measured at the Lagrange point to propagate predictions into the future. The model code will be publicly available for use in scientific research and navigation systems operations worldwide.
