This project is intended as one of many different initiatives Lixar is embarking on to strengthen the business, explore different business opportunities and business models. The project will seek to develop a product management function to evaluate new product ideas against the company's growth strategy. Historically Lixar has embarked on many initiatives without necessarily performing adequate due dilligence on the opportunities. It's hoped that this evaluation framework will provide a clear, concise and efficient way to inform whether or not Lixar should invest in said opportunities.

We are developing a portable, low power Whole Slide Imaging System that is 5G cloud enabled to empower the system with high end AI and Image processing tools which is otherwise not possible on the normal microscope images that are taken by the system in the remote areas. The system will be IOT enabled to communicate to the cloud servers for computational purpose (Image processing & Artificial Intelligence) via 5G. This device will be used as a digital platform for Pathologists and Tele-health services.

In this project, we will design a detailed business plan that will provide the company’s strategy for taking the technology towards product development, manufacturing and marketing in various demographics.

Inversa Systems will develop a method to inspect Corrosion Under Insulation on pipelines and pressure vessels for the Oil and Gas industry.

Development of a process for purifying aluminium by fractional crystallization to obtain high-purity aluminium (4N) from metal from electrolysis cells of aluminium smelters.

MicroSintesis is developing novel microbiome solutions to target human and animal disease. We will investigate the use and application of natural probiotic metabolites to modulate the microbiome to improve health and wellness.

A system of scaleable, rapidly deployable, decentralized network of devices used for both asset tracking, device health, and data acquisition.

Development of advanced capabilities within the Zii platform. Architecture improvement for volume (scale) and the support of the new airline standards (NDC) for an improved customer booking experience.

The project will consist of running DV8 edge devices on a number of different wells. The Firm wants to test its mathematical model over a range of different well types in terms of depth, deviation and complexity. The wells are heavy oil wells, using rod pumps & Rotaflex surface pumping units. The edge device will gather data, complete diagnostics on downhole conditions, display the generated downhole dynamometer card to the user through the internet, and send commands to the pumping unit to speed up if more production is available, or slow down to save energy. The depth ranges from 1200 meters to 1600 meters.

To attend and present the ShipTrack solution at 2019 Parcel and Post Expo (annual global trade show for parcel delivery and postal services) in Amsterdam. Post show follow up trips to target markets are also included in the project.

Provide a new resource focused on building develop applications to support program requirements, develop standard reports to meet office information needs, develop ad hoc reports on as needed basis to meet management's information needs. Provide accurate advice on matters necessary to carry out program policies, oversee systems installation and configuration. Perform cost analysis of IT systems and infrastructure upgrades and assist in writing and updating technology-based policies and procedures.
