Combination therapies have been evaluated in the clinic to achieve multi-functionality. However, some drug combination therapies can have multiple outcomes that may not be synergistic, causing side effects. In this project, the aim is to investigate the immunostimulatory properties of the drug product in cancer patient's immune cells, identify biomarkers in immune cells from cancer patients at different disease stages, and assess the anti-cancer efficacy of the product in a cancer disease model as a standalone treatment and in combination with other known therapy.

In order to take advantage of the full potential of the Flipfarm rearing system, L2-RPA Inc. has developed a buoy better adapted to our rearing conditions and which will allow the wintering of rearing structures under the ice.
