The hired AI specialist and programmer will research and evaluate existing open-source and proprietary AI tools to determine their suitability for developing an advanced chatbot capable of extracting and sorting building information from Revit and AutoCAD files. This research will focus on integrating AI-driven natural language processing with BIM systems to enhance automation and data retrieval for facility managers, retailers, and real estate professionals.

The project consists of improving and implementing the commissioning of automated production machines for superconducting tapes. The operating parameters of the production machines will be optimized to improve the quality of the superconducting tapes and optimize the manufacturing speed.

The Project will develop assays to identify relationships between signal transduction molecules, and support analysis of the antibody reagent market.

A recent graduate will support the review and refactoring of legacy code, contribute to improving design consistency, and assist in streamlining development workflows. These updates will enhance the app’s performance and user experience while preparing the platform for future AI feature integration.
