This project focuses on reformulating our dairy-free cashew butter recipe to prevent oil separation and improve product stability. The goal is to optimize the balance of fat, moisture, and emulsifying components to maintain a uniform texture during fermentation, processing, storage, and use. By adjusting ingredient ratios and processing conditions, the reformulated butter aims to achieve better emulsion stability, consistent spreadability, and enhanced shelf-life without compromising flavour or quality. The outcome will support a more reliable product with improved structural integrity and consumer appeal.

To provide Quebec SMEs engaged in industrial innovation with rapid access to the Innovation Group’s specialized resources for technology support and technical advice.

This project develops AI-powered automation for large-scale software maintenance across enterprise organizations to reduce time spent on repetitive maintenance tasks, including dependency updates, security patches, configuration standardization, that must be coordinated across hundreds of repositories. Our system uses LLMs to automatically generate code changes, create pull requests, and orchestrate completion across entire codebases. We will advance the system's intelligence through: pre-computed codebase representations that provide rich context without repeated analysis; pre-generation analysis to optimize cost and approach; organizational knowledge integration ; and automated CI validation to achieve enterprise-grade reliability.

The project aims to create a simple, accessible, and localized tool capable of tracking changes in SEO rankings for keywords in Quebec French, including regional and geographic variations. The platform will gradually integrate AI technologies to provide advanced contextual analysis of rankings and automated recommendations.
