Insightworks integrates training with manufacturing operations. To improve this capability, they are designing an application that achieves three results;
1. Identifies operator training needs based on actual operating results, allowing operators to understand their performance gap, highlighting strong versus weak operating performance and explains how to close the gap.

1. Efficiently integrates training material with related operating data and operating processes or activities. Content is directly related to the operating performance on a specific operating process or maintenance activity.

The candidate will be working on the next generation of our core TESS software. This includes a re-architecture of the product along with the development of new simulation models & a new user interface.

Make available to customers our financial reporting solutions over a cloud platform while adding enhanced functionality and features that address industry trends.

PurePave Technologies is testing the extent to which their newly developed permeable paving technologies can be applied successfully in various paving scenarios. From parking lots and walkways to driveways and flood barriers, technical implementation, site monitoring and reporting is necessary over the course of this paving season. Our technical team-lead is a new graduate and will be responsible for this project in the field.

Prefabrication of Wood Construction Elements for High Performance Structures for Contractors and Manufacturers – European Lessons, Best Practices and Outcomes. Mission in Finland from October 13 to 16.

The purpose of this project is to build scalable technical and operations capacity to enable Callia's Eastern Canada expansion over the next 6 - 12 months.

The project entails development and flight testing of a long-range, multimodal UAV and demonstration of commercial capabilities for prospective customers in both cargo transportation and surveillance markets. Flight testing will both leverage and support government-led development of unmanned traffic management systems.

Most Canadian poultry farms are still using incandescent, metal halides and fluorescent lights that are optimized for general-purpose lighting. As poultry have different light receptors and wavelength response as well as different circadian rhythm, lights optimized for humans are not ideally suited for poultry farming. Last decade research points to benefits of using LED lighting for poultry farming but development of a product to support growth cycles in poultry is exceptionally complex and challenging. Allanson will collaborate with University of Toronto to combine the latest recipes including spectral, illumination, dimming and timing parameters into development of a LED colour-tunable light engine that's optimized for poultry growth.

Design and development of the Risk7 software suite that will enable investors, advisors, firms and regulators to view an analysis of real-time client and investment data, from four unique perspectives including regulatory compliance.
