We have created a prototype AI financial analyst specifically trained in real estate transactions. Building on that controlled prototype environment, we need a more sophisticated and more reliable system for large-scale commercial applications.
Achieving this would unlock significant competency for real estate brokers and small private equity firms operating in mid-sized and even small cities and towns who would not otherwise be able to hire or contract proper financial analysis of a real estate asset.

International Co-Innovation Action Program (ICAP) Project. Identify co-innovation partners in the European market who are rightsholders (or are connected to rightsholders) in the music industry who are interested in tapping into more revenue for their existing assets.

The core goal of this project is to integrate AI driven capabilities into LAMTA to assist users in creating, editing, and managing end-to-end test scripts, as well as to provide intelligent log analysis during test execution. The AI will be aware of all the lab's resources—including radios, chambers, RF attenuation arrays and matrices—and will leverage this knowledge to take natural language prompts from users and transform them into fully functional test scripts. It will significantly simplify the test development process, enabling users to describe their testing needs in plain language while the AI configures the necessary components and scripts for execution.

The project will support the pilot testing and development of a new AI-driven "Risk Assessment" feature and tool for PataBid’s Quantify platform. This feature will enable contractors to accurately evaluate project risks and determine the viability of pursuing construction bids.
