This project will integrate Business Data Analytics technology to both MortgageHub, a fully integrated mortgage loan funding, securitization and whole loan portfolio management system built for the Canadian mortgage industry, and SecureHub, a sophisticated pooling, surveillance, settlement processing and trust accounting platform for asset backed securities administration performed by global entities.

Application of powerful analytics tools to these produces will increase the ability of existing clients to improve their operational efficiencies, risk management and transparency reporting capabilities, as well as improving global product marketability by keeping the product ahead of competitors.

This project will involve the creation of a second generation eosFD gas emissions monitor that will integrate knowledge gained from customer feedback and technical progress and insights since the first generation device was developed and released. Feature improvement in the next generation device will focus on implementing a new measurement method, improving the ease-of-use and maintenance, and integrating a new sensor cavity design that allows for the measurement of new gas species.

Incorporate additional safety, structural and aesthetic features into the Doobtool to refine the design into a more consumer oriented and integrated cannabis accessory product.

To meet the demands of our customers, Fintros needs to build a few key new requested client features to help renew existing users and close new sales pipeline. The project features will also help Fintros sell to a new type of buyer persona. Most specifically, we must built our most intelligence to our diversity filters, company enrichment and a real-time diversity metrics dashboard.
