This project aims to develop an SEO platform to monitor the Prairies with precision annually to track the effects of climate change that may result in further losses to habitat biodiversity.

Following these observations, the committee engaged a specialized firm to carry out a pre-feasibility study for a multifunctional corridor along a well-defined route. The route was chosen by the committee with the aim of serving most of the town’s districts and most age groups. Two residences for seniors and people with disabilities (about 200 people) will be served, along with the area around École du Perce-Neige. The school is one of the largest in Quebec, with over 900 students. The Town plans to upgrade its existing 2.5 km of multi-use trails and construct an additional 5.3 km. The results of the pre-feasibility study and the road safety committee’s analysis show that the development of a multifunctional corridor would contribute to user safety and be economically viable for the Town. The corridor would follow the route laid out by the committee and would be a combination of a designated roadway, a school corridor, sidewalks and a bike path. There will be vertical and horizontal signs all along the route to ensure user safety.

The objective is to identify/research a walkway corridor along the stretch of coastline from Rose Blanche to Cape Anguille.
The outcome of this project will connect communities through exiting footpaths, through trail way infrastructure already in place and to look at new trail development. Linking the communities will create a safer, inclusive pedestrian and cycling route. Once complete, residents will benefit from a multi-purpose path that will better connect different neighbourhoods and connect the region as a whole. This project is regional in scope and will involve a MOU amongst the various communities.

Contribution made under the Indigenous Capacity Support Program to the Manitoba Métis Federation to help improve assessments, policy engagement, assessment monitoring and follow-up activities.

Contribution made under the Participant Funding Program to Legal Advocates for Nature’s Defence to help it prepare for and engage in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities related to the assessment process for the regional assessment in the Ring of Fire area.

Participation in the Canadian water and wastewater technology mission to the Philippines and Malaysia – November 26 to December 4, 2025. Delegation led by the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to establish relationships with key customers, end-users, investors and other international firms, which will help set the stage for potential Canadian projects in the upcoming International Technology Pilot and Demonstration (ITPD) Program: Cleantech call for proposals. Firm will also be attending the WaterTech Asia 2025 event.

Grant funding is to support Indigenous peoples' efforts to build technical capacity regarding species at risk policies, programming and regulatory initiatives; and, to support their greater involvement in the cooperation and consultation processes in the listing and related recovery documents for species at risk per the Species at Risk Act and Section 35 of the Constitution Act.

The Wagon & Co will hire a graduate to work in Calgary, focusing on expanding our non-alcoholic whiskey brand Mad Moose into new retail locations, restaurants, and bars. This youth will build relationships with key customers, conduct product demonstrations, and help us understand the Calgary market better. The project will help our company grow while giving the youth valuable experience in premium beverage sales and business development.

The purpose of this agreement is to increase awareness, availability and use of lower carbon vehicles and fuels in Canada by supporting the installation of 62 electric vehicle chargers in Ontario.
