The Project will support the development of an innovation plan to explore integrating AI into the Firm’s core business. Specifically, we are exploring specific A.I. use cases (leading into pilot project(s)) for improving current design department processes (e.g.: improve and create macros, etc.), controls programming, inventory management (including purchasing), and machine scheduling. Our ultimate, high-level goal is to improve the quality of our core products and services through the integration of A.I. technology into our existing business operations.

There are 5 main project areas that the graduate will be tasked with focusing on. The goal of these project areas is to support main business objectives of Relief Buddy in the near future.

• Develop and lead Relief Buddy social media campaign(s) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc..) to generate inbound leads
• Conduct market research of new and existing users of the Relief Buddy platform, to understand user pain points, this will be used to improve and enhance the Relief Buddy technology platform.
• Improvement of customer service processes and operations
• Support and Improve our user onboarding process
• Increase the efficiency of new user onboarding, while reducing cost of new user acquisition

The project aims to provide the intern with experience in account-based selling.

Firm production requires test and automation plans to ensure optimum quality and reliability. These tests, although unitary and costly, are essential. To make production in Quebec viable and profitable, automation and parallelization are essential.

The project will support pilot development of foundation and testing of AI strategies, determine target architecture and quantitative objectives for implementation of

1. End to end AI solution for Construction worker safety to detect safety hazards and proximity with recommendation engine. These models will provide continuous site monitoring to mitigate risks and rapidly dispatch medical assistance when required, ensuring proactive safety management to save workers valuable lives.

2. Scalable LLMs & SLMs for automated analysis and summarization of project documents such as safety reports etc, enhancing productivity and faster decision making for the project teams.

Moonlite Media is seeking support to secure its intellectual property through key legal measures. This project involves allocating funding towards NDAs, licensing agreements, and potentially filing provisional patent applications to protect the innovative technology behind Moonlite’s AI-powered animation platform. These measures are crucial for safeguarding Moonlite’s proprietary processes and design. This project ensures Moonlite can confidently commercialize its product while protecting its competitive edge in the global market.

This project will hire a youth with a psychology background that will bring that perspective to the firm's application.

These objectives are attained by supporting the needs of all youth, especially youth facing barriers to develop skills, knowledge and networks through education, skills development and meaningful work experiences.
