The goal of this project is to develop a software framework that can be used by a variety of stakeholders (agriculture, finance, government and others) to develop, visualize, and integrate historical and operational evapotranspiration (ET) estimates. For this proof of concept, a software framework will be developed, tested, and applied by building a 10 year archive of crop ET using a multi-model ensemble. This software framework will provide a workflow that will allow users to upload files or draw polygons in order to get user-defined spatial and temporal summaries.

Kepler Space has created a product for wide area monitoring of ground deformation using time series of ESA Sentinel-1 data, applying the Persistent Scatterer Interferometry technique and detecting and mapping ground displacements. The proposed work streamlines and validates such data for use in railway and bridge infrastructure monitoring systems. Innovation is provided primarily by the wide-area coverage capability, able to provide regional, provincial or national coverage. This is made possible by Sentinel-1 data and by streamlined big data analytics. An Artificial Intelligence component able of predictive modelling of infrastructure health based on data will be added to the service.

By combining CO2 data captured at ground-elevation as the ground-truth labels, a Machine Learning model will be developed that is able to take satellite hyperspectral data as its input, and predict its underlying CO2 level.

The project goal is to assist the T’Sou-ke Nation SNA-QUA Centre in co-developing new environmental solutions relevant to indigenous and coastal communities through analyses of Earth Observation (EO) big data. Specific objectives include: Consultation and engagement with the T’Sou-ke Nation to understand and compile environmental issues within their Traditional Territory; Development of Indigenous capacity and technical capability to support research, assessment, monitoring, stewardship and reporting activities; Evaluation of space-based EO data and other geospatial data as a long-term monitoring solution; Development of a Marine vegetation and fish habitat monitoring program; and a Terrestrial vegetation and land use monitoring program.

Create a verticalized tool for the healthcare industry, that reliably understands patient & healthcare professionals questions, across text and voice channels, provides accurate and concise responses to their questions, with continuous supervised learning at scale.

This will be accomplished in the following ways:
• Through partnership and joint management of distinctions based investments that will enhance and expand Indigenous ELCC, and support the transfer of ELCC to Indigenous organizations;
• Strengthening foundational supports for Indigenous ELCC through, for example, Indigenous led quality improvement projects; and
• Adapting and improving existing federal programs to be more flexible, adaptable and horizontal across federal departments as a first step prior to transferring control, so that programs cohesively support the goals of the Framework including supporting self determination.

The key objective of the ALLESP is to improve the awareness of adult learning, literacy and essential skills among partners, stakeholders and employers and the application and integration of literacy and essential skills into their programs and activities.

The objectives of the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy Program (YESSP) are to help all youth navigate through the labour market and to successfully transition into sustained employment. These objectives are attained by supporting the needs of all youth, especially youth facing barriers to develop skills, knowledge and networks through education, skills development and meaningful work experiences.
