Germany 2+2 Development and Implementation of a Control Loop for Connections in the Progressive Die Process

A novel initiative to achieve new efficiencies and highly optimized progressive die processes through process design optimization as well as leveraging a digital shadow and a digital twin to ensure resource-efficient production.

The retina is easily affected by changes to oxygen supply, and neurological disorders, along with eye-health issues such as Retinopathy of Prematurity and Diabetic Retinopathy. As a result, several disorders can cause visible changes to various features of the retina. The best way for Ophthalmologists to identify these changes and recommend treatment is by using pictures of the retina. Images taken of the retina can be of poor quality and hinders the ability to identify and diagnose health problems. Aurteen Inc. is developing software that will automatically identify image-quality issues and attempt to correct them, thereby improving Ophthalmologists’ ability to diagnose clinically-relevant anomalies and issues using retinal images.

The WeatherBrain project is focused on the development of both a Cloud Platform and field sensor configurations that are synchronized to streamline the flow of measurement data for end users.

Drillform develops technology and patents for automated rig equipment we manufacture to improve safety and productivity. Automation and remote controls, remove personnel from the "red zone", reduce operating times, and reduce injuries. Drillform is bringing 6 new products to market to save energy and reduce environmental clean-up, among other benefits. Drillform's team are highly experienced at bringing automated equipment innovations to market, and the upcoming tools we intend to bring for sale shortly are the next-generation of these efforts. This project will conduct extensive research on competing tools and market-positioning for our equipment.

Currently, wave theory and critical speed ideas are not well understood and have led to confusion as to the safe speed limits for ice covers. Safely increasing speed limits on ice covers could lead to considerable cost savings to winter road clients as round trip times to deliver goods are decreased, allowing for goods to be delivered in less time and reducing overall days winter roads need to be maintained and kept open. This also has a climate change adaption consequence as it becomes more difficult to maintain winter road operating season days in warmer winters.

This project will allow truLOCAL to provide product recommendations to their customers at checkout.

This project is for The Deep Learning Co Processor (DL CoP) semiconductor IP project which will develop part of the compute engine sub-component of RS_DLP (Rianta Solutions Deep Learning Acceleration Processor) solution. It is an elaborate collection of tasks and functions (e.g. convolution, activation functions, pooling) for accelerating Deep Learning training and inference applications in silicon.

The IP developed will be configurable for customers to integrate into their application specific custom silicon (AI processing chips).

Design and test commercial scale configuration concepts

Community Investment Co-ops (CICs) are a new and innovative support system for rural economic and business development that effectively bridge the gap between local investors and local ventures in need of financing. CICs are a cost effective, community owned and controlled impact fund. They enable residents to become partners in locally driven economic development, which leads to stronger and more sustainable economies.

CICs have expressed a strong interest in DealPoint to facilitate the online execution of investments in themselves, but there must be a software product tailored according their needs.
