The project aims to bring the building’s plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems up to current standards, as well as stabilize and waterproof its foundations. The work also includes the restoration of the brick façades, replacement of the metal cladding, and the addition of a mezzanine and an elevator.

Specific fit-up work will be carried out to accommodate intervention and support spaces, a reception area, community-style living spaces, co-working areas, and office spaces, as well as an event hall and storage areas in the basement.

The objective of this project is to create an LGBTQIA2S+ community hub in Montreal that will provide social service organizations working with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals with optimal conditions to improve their services, achieve cost savings, and strengthen their economic and social impact. EspaceLGBTQ+ responds to a decade of advocacy efforts by providing a central gathering place for the community.

This project replaces mechanical systems and interior and exterior components that have exceeded their functional lifespan. These upgrades will improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and prepare the centre to serve the community in a carbon-constrained future. Operating since 1934, the Riverview Community Centre has undergone several renovations since the mid-90s to meet changing community needs - expanding the hall, redesigning the kitchen to support food entrepreneurship, and repurposing interior spaces for diverse users. However, key systems like HVAC, electrical, insulation, and windows no longer meet energy standards, and failing exterior components pose risks to users and staff.

The needed replacement of rooftop units (RTUs) presents an opportunity to explore energy systems that reduce or eliminate natural gas use and lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Grant as part of the Participant Funding Program to Tahltan Central Government (Tahltan Nation) to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Galore Creek Project.

Contribution as part of the Policy Dialogue Program to Julia Kennedy-Francis to assist in preparing for and engaging in participation activities associated with the ongoing Review of Legislative, Regulatory, and Policy Development Processes.

Grant as part of the Participant Funding Program to Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation to assist in preparing for and engaging in Indigenous consultation activities and public participation opportunities associated with the assessment process for the Lynn Lake Gold Project.

This Project will address the significant biosecurity and health security aspects of the ongoing Ebola outbreak (2026) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda. The Project aims to: (1) provide support for effective biosafety and biosecurity measures; (2) strengthen rapid diagnostic and surveillance mechanisms; and (3) improve effective cross-border coordination with law enforcement and other security actors.

The purpose of this agreement is to assist Grand Conseil de la Nation W8banaki in meeting with CNSC staff and participating in the Commission hearing for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories' application to amend the Gentilly-1 Waste Facility licence.

This project supports conducting a feasibility study for the development of an Indigenous Women’s Healing Lodge. The study will assess operational, legal, cultural, financial, and governance requirements, including research on existing Indigenous healing and transitional programs across Canada, to support the creation of a culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and community-led model.

This position will allow her to develop skills in project management, data analysis, consulting, and continuous improvement, while contributing to the firm’s growth and customer satisfaction.
