Magnifi is a leading global mobile market network for knowledge providers—experts, coaches, consultants, and solopreneurs. Its foundational layer is a seamless end-to-end media solution that handles on-demand audio or video consultation and billing while offering a one-to one, personalized experience. Magnifi will enhance this offering with a suite of subscription-based services including back office support, networking, lead generation and research. Providers can now get paid for ALL their time, especially in small increments, anytime, anywhere and can run their entire consulting business via the Magnifi KnowledgeSuite platform.

A primary role of the Office of Innovation and Community Engagement (OICE) is to develop research partnerships between SMEs and research experts at Saint Mary’s University (SMU), Mount Saint Vincent University(MSVU) and NSCAD University. By assisting with SMEs technical requests, researchers are contributing innovative solutions and approaches to applicable problems.

Sheertex to test and select fibers for the development and design of an “ultra-sheer” version of its skin tone pantyhose. The company’s goal is to develop a very fine sheer that could be dyed to several skin tones.
Additionally, Sheertex aims to modify its existing equipment to allow for innovation into the development and design of children’s sizes.
This project will involve 8 months of R&D by the Sheertex team to finalize product specifications and proof of concept. Successful completion of this project will allow Sheertex to further increase its market share and establish itself as the gold standard in the industry.

This project will enable the Organization to provide services to SMEs to help them reduce the impacts of distortion and residual stress during their welding operations.

This project will focus on the research and development of new hardware and software technologies to expand the functionality of the SMRT1 "Cerebrum" vending machine controller. SMRT1 will develop a controller for existing and new vending machine product lines.

ITEA – 17008 – PIANiSM led by Kocsistem (Turkey) --To transform traditional maintenance processes in manufacturing environments, a sophisticated system is required. This system will cover a wide range of domains such as data science, machine learning, analytics, simulation, real-time processing. The project will provide related missing analytics techniques and algorithms, introduce new generation data identification & integration & modeling processes, and try to put standards in order to enable more flexible and applicable solutions for manufacturers.
