P002093001: The project aims to help build a climate of security and stability as Colombia advances in its peacebuilding efforts. The main objectives are: (1) to support a robust United Nations (UN) human rights presence in post-accord Colombia that complements the peace and security work of the UN Political Mission; (2) to support the work of Government of Colombia institutions and civil society groups who work for the promotion and protection of human rights; (3) to demonstrate the dividends of peace and lay the seeds for societal transformation given the critical nature of the short period immediately after the signing of a peace agreement.

This project aims to increase the effectiveness of Iraqi authorities in recovering and safeguarding vulnerable human remains from mass graves in areas of Iraq that have been liberated from Da’esh.

P001055001: This project aims to help reduce maternal, neonatal and child mortality through a comprehensive, integrated approach that promotes a continuum of care in seven communes in Haiti. The project aims to strengthen the health system and to make essential micronutrient supplements more accessible for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and for children under five. Project activities include: (1) improving the screening of pregnant women and children under five for malnutrition; (2) training and supervising community health centres' workers in Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH); (3) strengthening health coordination structures in their supervision, coordination and consultation functions of MNCH services; (4) promoting exclusive breastfeeding in the first six months and a healthy diet; and (5) restoring and equipping heath centres while respecting women’s rights and meeting environmental standards.

P002424001: The Joint Peace Fund (JPF) is a multi-donor fund designed to support national efforts to achieve lasting settlement of ethnic armed conflict in Myanmar and to build broad-based participation and support for the implementation of a Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement. The Fund enables donors to better coordinate and align their efforts to negotiate and implement a fully inclusive peace process, working jointly with the government and ethnic armed organizations. The JPF is supported by other donors including the European Union, United Kingdom, Denmark, Australia, Switzerland, Finland, United States, Norway and Italy.
