The firm wants to test a new sales model by offering the LN50 vehicle, a fully electric waste vacuum cart, as a service to provide lower costs, greater flexibility and ongoing customer support. This change aims to increase competitiveness and growth by responding to evolving market needs and offering an innovative business model.

Skygauge is hiring a youth employee to support us in administration of R&D projects, business development, and facilities management. They will also assist with the execution of marketing campaigns as required. This employee is primarily going to be utilizing business management skills, and will be trained by our current Director of Marketing and Communications, Serguei Solokhine, who has a background in Business Management and a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from the Schulich School of Business.

These improvements will facilitate the use of the firm's software tools,both internally and externally.

The employee will support the marketing of new products. He will work on identifying market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships (distributors), participating in the development of appropriate sales and marketing strategies, and promoting products to potential customers (social networks and website).

At the heart of vast networks of thousands of organizations eager to collaborate to optimize their resources, the firm’s technology platform supports the operations of circular economy networks. The aim of the project in question is to perfect this platform in order to guarantee its future scalability and make it possible to manage, in a more commercially viable way, the growing number of participants in various networks.

IT development for the addition and modification of the software platform.

Development of a robotized platform specialized in the assembly of photonic products.

The new junior engineer will work on various small projects helping the firm to offer new services to its customers.

The youth graduate candidate will work with our lead biologist to assist in a number of projects, including the oversight of our mining revegetation initiatives. The firm has a greenhouse in Labrador City that has been used in recent years to grow grasses, shrubs, and trees that can be used for revegetation of mine tailing’s areas. The work involves the testing of seed mixes that can grow in the challenging tailings environments. The candidate will work with the firm's team to continue the testing of seed mixes, assist with upkeep and maintenance of the greenhouse, participate in the application of seeds, planting of trees and shrubs, and work to prepare the greenhouse and it’s vegetation for overwintering.

This is an R&D project to test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to design a repeatable and scalable business process and to develop IP in business methods and the use of artificial intelligence for wealth and estate management.
