clinical trial sites in different countries across the world, the following languages were identified as top-priorities from
the business perspective: 1) Spanish, 2) French, 3) German.

It will provide new training opportunities to those who are learning how to drive by offering driving insights to therapists and caregivers. It can also help clinical researchers studying various aspects of wheelchair use such as activity and participation.

The project will capitalize on the strong pipeline of health tech companies that is emerging in southwestern Ontario to connect them with an integrated suite of services ranging from mentorship and business advisory services, support for health tech product development, and access to specialized labs and clinical trial spaces at the University of Waterloo’s planned Innovation Arena and at Western University.

This project build on the success of the work done over the last two years in establishing clinical grade manufacturing for both lentivirus and cell products, and in executing the first clinical trial using a made-in-Canada CD19 CAR T-cell therapy. The overarching goal of the Project is to build much needed capacity in point-of-care (POC) manufacturing to support the clinical rollout of novel CAR T-cell products and other personalized cell therapy products with the addition of new POC manufacturing and clinical sites.
