Micrometrics is hiring recent graduates for a role that involves extensive prospecting, outreach, and outbound lead generation to identify new business opportunities, manage a dynamic sales pipeline, engage with decision-makers to assess needs, handle objections, and collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies while supporting and motivating the team.

VendorPM will hire an underemployed recent graduate of an accredited university into an entry level sales role as a full time employee. The goal of the project will be to train and advance this individual's career within VendorPM and help the individual be successful as a critical member of the sales team.

Phase 3 of the amaranth commercialization project includes the following elements:

1) Implementation of recyclable flow wrap material and product packaging in preparation for Q1-2025 product launch.
2) Increase scale of amaranth popping system for higher scale production.
3) Purchase, implementation and training of new semi-automated Selmi cluster machine.
4) Completion of 2024 field trial testing of amaranth at Luna Mia farm near Owen Sound, with focus on varietal of seeds, harvesting, cleaning and drying techniques in preparation for scaling to approximately 10 acres in 2025 of local sustainable agriculture. Project objective will include trial testing of harvest technology, cleaning and drying processes, and use of cover crops.

Development and adoption of tools for conservation area planning, ecological monitoring, science communication, and community outreach and education initiatives.

Proteins from precision fermentation will become a transformative industry that has the potential displace animal agriculture. This project aims to develop a Canadian protein leader through the creation of efficient, low-cost fermentation bioprocesses that can run on existing food manufacturing facilities.

The Organization will engage NRC eligible firms to address core go-to-market and business process challenges that limit their success. Eligible firms will be for-profit, incorporated within Canada, and employing fewer than 500 employees. . For the purposes of this agreement, NRC will refer, or otherwise approve, all firms that engage with the Organization to receive services.

This project involves the scale up and optimization of feedstock and culture bioprocessing, fermentation process optimization and downstream purity of ALT TEX's process.

Pharmacia2Go is enhancing its healthcare delivery platform to optimize prescription delivery for pharmacies across Canada. This project focuses on implementing an advanced tracking system for real-time delivery transparency and reliability, and building a robust patient communication platform to streamline interactions between patients and delivery drivers. These improvements aim to save significant time for pharmacies, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure timely, secure delivery of medications, contributing to better health outcomes and operational efficiency.

As part of the international consortium project “[RETAIN]”, this project will focus on improving nickel production and efficiency, enhancing sustainability, and fostering UK-Canada collaboration. This effort strengthens battery and EV production in both countries amidst significant commercial pressure.

The project objective is to develop and implement a node-based 5G network to track and monitor miner locations within underground mining environments. The network will provide seamless, low-latency communication, enabling continuous monitoring of miners' movement.
