The City of Prince Albert’s Capital Plan includes investments in active transportation infrastructure (a pedestrian walkway), the construction of new bus shelters and facilities, the modernization of fare collection systems, and improvements to lighting and signalized crossings to enhance safety. Additionally, the city intends to carry out a study to review existing transit routes and infrastructure to identify priority areas for future investment.

The project enhances the AI-driven lightning wildfire forecasting deep learning models to improve prediction accuracy, extend forecast timelines, and integrate ignition risk modelling across Canada and the U.S.

PharmaGuide is developing an end-to-end Al intake agent that ingests prescription-related documents from every channel pharmacies use today - fax, email, SMS, voicemail, and direct upload - and parses, validates, enters, and processes them through to transaction fulfillment. Using contextual Al techniques (patient and prescriber lookup, trend detection, and template memorization), the system is designed to replace manual data-entry work at high-volume pharmacies and enterprise chains with a single autonomous workflow. The project will develop and validate the agent through controlled experiments in sandbox environments, measuring channel coverage, parsing accuracy, end-to-end automation rate, and time-to-entry against current manual baselines.

To further develop a Quality Assurance Program by ensuring all workstations have clear instructions and standards to create a foundation of repeatable work.

The OSB Press Repair Robot has demonstrated technical and commercial viability through successful deployments in industrial environments. However, the current design is not optimized for production. Manufacturing is slow and labour-intensive, requires significant manual machining and rework, and involves components that are difficult to produce consistently. As a result, production capacity is constrained, limiting market penetration. Nova Robotics will optimize production of the OSB Press Repair Robot in order to achieve higher annual volume, shorter lead times and lower production costs. This will allow additional sales and open avenues into other potential markets.
