Apprenticeship grants are intended to help apprentices enter, progress and complete their training in Red Seal trades. The two types of apprenticeship grants are: the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant and the Apprenticeship Completion Grant.
Due to Privacy Act considerations, apprenticeship grant programs has received a reporting exemption from TBS, and is therefore provided as batch reporting.

The Canadian Benefit for Parents of Young Victims of Crime is a grant available to parents, and/or those legally responsible, who are taking time away from work to cope with the death or disappearance of a child, or young adult under the age of 25, that has died or gone missing as the result of a probable Criminal Code offence.
Due to the Privacy Act considerations, the Parents of Young Victims of Crime Grant Program has received a reporting exemption from TBS and therefore provide batch reporting.

The objective of the EAF is to support community based projects across Canada that improve accessibility, remove barriers, and enable Canadians with disabilities to participate in and contribute to their community.

The objectives of the EF-OLMC is to enhance the development and vitality of OLMCs by strengthening capacity in the areas of human resource development and community economic development and by promoting collaboration at all levels, including federal partners.

The objectives of the Program are to; support the development and utilization of effective approaches to address social issues and challenges;.develop, exchange and apply knowledge, tools and resources that address social needs of individuals, families and communities; foster partnerships and networks to address existing and emerging social issues; recognize and support the ability of not-for-profit organizations to identify and address social development priorities; and, recognize and promote community engagement initiatives (e.g. volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, innovation, partnerships, coalitions) that mobilize community assets and develop capacities and resources for action..

The objectives of the Program are: ..• promoting volunteerism among seniors; ..• engaging seniors in the community through.mentoring of others; ..• expanding awareness of elder abuse, including.financial abuse;..• supporting social participation and inclusion of.seniors; and ..• providing capital assistance for new and existing community projects and/or programs for seniors. .

The funding supports projects that aim to recruit, retain and help both women apprentices succeed in at least 1 of the 39 eligible Red Seal trades by:.1. creating partnerships with women’s groups, community colleges, unions or employers to recruit women.2. organizing women-led events as an outreach tool to help attract women to the trades industry.3. offering mentorship by female role models, women-in-the-skilled-trades networks, and opportunities to share success stories.4. creating a welcoming space where women can feel comfortable and safe in the training and work sites.

The Women in the Skilled Trades Initiative focuses on funding projects that recruit, retain, and help women apprentices succeed in the 39 eligible Red Seals trades found predominately in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

The initiative supports projects that:
• create partnerships with women’s groups, community colleges, unions or employers to recruit women;
• organize women-led events as an outreach tool to help attract women to the skilled trades;
• offer mentorship by female role models, women-in-the-skilled-trades networks, and opportunities to share success stories; and
• create a welcoming space where women can feel comfortable and safe in the training and work sites.

This funding will help people with disabilities and their families access disability programs and benefits, like the DTC, the CDB and other federal, provincial and territorial disability benefits...ESDC will support organizations that help people with disabilities and their families find and apply for these benefits by:..- giving people the information they need and helping them address barriers (this could include a help line, a website, or support groups).- offering free, one-on-one help during the application process, including support for appeals if needed

The objectives for CSC are to create, promote and facilitate access to service opportunities that are meaningful to young Canadian, and support lasting civic engagement, as well as to provide youth with life and work skills.
