As small-medium sized enterprises continue to negotiate an increasingly post-pandemic environment, it is critically important for them to be strategic about business improvement. Conducting proper annual strategic plans for their business that include opportunities to build methodologies around and better leverage innovation, as well establishing capacity and clear focus for lean and continuous improvement, is very critical. Businesses in the current environment continue to be reactive and are often treading water. The Dynamize service will walk with them through the process,

step by step and hand in hand, of proactively addressing the opportunities for improvement and growth of their business.

Project Management & Business Analyst

This project aims to enable NRC IRAP clients across Canada to access the specialized innovation services of the Centre for Natural Products (CNP) at Loyalist College. This project aims to automate and optimize the auditing process using speech recognition and NLP techniques to transcribe and analyze calls, compare transcriptions with CAD event logs, and ensure proper identification of entities. The system will leverage police-specific vocabulary, RAG-based LLMs, and adaptive learning to improve accuracy while defining the level of human supervision needed through Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) methods.

The 8x8 “Fat Truck” is an articulated vehicle, consisting of a front car coupled to a rear car, with the articulation acting as a steering system. At present, the two cars cannot be operated independently of each other. The project will focus on developing a connection between the two vehicles that will enable the front car to be operated independently of the rear car.
