To provide funding to willing jurisdictions to support improving access for patients with rare diseases to drugs for rare diseases, as well as improving and broadening rare disease treatments and services, to achieve better health outcomes.

The purpose of the Universal Access to Contraception and Diabetes Medications and Increased Access to Diabetes Devices and Supplies initiative is to provide universal, single-payer, first-dollar coverage for contraception and diabetes prescription drugs and related products and increase access to diabetes devices and supplies to improve health outcomes.

This project will deliver culturally responsive and Indigenous-specific addiction support through the Indigenous-operated Wihcihaw Maskokamik Society within the City of Edmonton, drawing on the expertise of an addictions counsellor, a social worker, a psychologist, and Elders.

This grant supports the Tseshaht First Nation to conduct an urgent survey following storm damage, of qaaha (Willis Island) within the Broken Group Islands.

This contribution supports Uchucklesaht Tribe Government to engage in co-developing a feasibility assessment for considering a proposed National Marine Conservation Area Reserve in their marine territory.

This contribution enables MN-S (Metis Nation – Saskatchewan)to build internal capacity to support the involvement of Métis perspectives and knowledge in the development of a potential national urban park in the Saskatoon Region.

Expansion of the Initio Technology and Innovation Law Clinic's reach through increased IP services offerings to the start-up community and experiential learning opportunities for university students.

The project, located at 4250 Curling Street, Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick, involves replacing the existing mechanical systems with one that will improve energy efficiency while meeting high environmental and energy standards. The Curling Club's facilities are available to the entire Acadian Peninsula community, which has a population of nearly 50,000 and an area of some 2,000 square kilometers. It's the only facility of its kind in the entire region. The Club's sports facilities are also available to all local school, college and university students, as well as to retirees and seniors.

Located at 7888 - 200 Street, Langley, British Columbia, the Concert & Performance Hall at Langley Events Centre, will be built on the traditional territories of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Matsqui, and Semiahmoo First Nations. The carbon-neutral facility and multi-purpose venue will meet the rapidly growing Fraser Valley population's need for a modern entertainment and gathering place, supporting the Township’s Vision and Sustainability Charter. The Centre will be a regional cultural hub within Langley’s Arts, Sports, and Entertainment District (ASED). It will feature a net-zero building design that exemplifies energy efficiency and climate resiliency while creating significant employment opportunities. The Centre will host a wide range of events, including Indigenous gatherings, arts and cultural events, business conferences, graduations, music, comedy, and theatre performances. This multi-generational project aligns with the Township's commitment to provide community gathering spaces for Indigenous traditions and build an inclusive and sustainable legacy for future generations. The adaptable design will improve accessibility and provide socio-economic benefits for the region, fulfilling a long-standing community need and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

This project will provide peacekeeping training and equipment, a traditional regalia workshop as well as educational materials for a community-based sobriety group.
