Development of INT-101 formulation for human dosing and prevention of diabetes

This project will retrofit the Isabel Turner Library to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy efficiency, and enhance site‑wide accessibility. Building upgrades will improve overall performance and support decarbonization, while accessibility improvements will focus on entrances, washrooms, interior circulation, and wayfinding to ensure safe, inclusive access for all users. These improvements will strengthen the library’s role as a community hub and support equitable access to public library services.

This project will upgrade the North Hastings Community Centre to improve safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency. Planned renovations include modernizing arena systems and adding accessible washroom facilities to support inclusive use of the facility. These improvements will enhance access to affordable recreational opportunities, support active lifestyles, and ensure the continued operation of a vital community space serving residents of all ages and abilities.

Phase 2 of the project will expand the existing prototype directory of Canadian building product manufacturers, suppliers, assemblers, and distributors to cover all regions of Canada. Building on the successful Atlantic Canada prototype, this phase will involve identifying, validating, and organizing supplier data nationwide to create a comprehensive, user-friendly directory.

Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness across Canada will have increased support through the Program. This is accomplished by providing direct funding to communities and mobilizing collaborators at the federal, provincial/territorial and community levels, as well as the private and voluntary sectors, to address barriers to well-being faced by Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness, through two funding streams: the Services and Supports Stream and the Capacity Building Stream.

The project seek to enhance the security of the community by purchasing and installing exterior security lighting, an intrusion detection system, an intercom system, a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance system and training on how to operate the new equipment. As a result of this project, the population that uses the facility will feel safer from hate-motivated incidents/crimes.

The purpose of this Canada Community Security Agreement is to provide funding to this local Muslim community organization to enhance their security. The population that uses the facility will feel safer from hate-motivated incidents/crimes following the purchase and installation of a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, a fence, and a gate in their community gathering space.

This project aims to raise awareness among elementary and secondary school students about cybersecurity and provide them with practical tools to adopt better cyber hygiene habits in their daily lives. Through a multimodal training pathway—including live virtual sessions, bilingual online resources, and interactive classroom guides—it makes complex issues such as deepfakes and online security accessible and engaging. The initiative offers free, reliable, bilingual resources tailored to the Canadian school context, reaching both francophone and anglophone students, including those in minority settings. By equipping teachers, the project creates a multiplier effect that directly impacts tens of thousands of young people. Led by a multidisciplinary team and supported by a strong partner network, the project ensures the design, production, and nationwide dissemination of relevant content, contributing to inclusive and sustainable cybersecurity awareness for Canadian youth.
