In accordance with the Access to Information Act, the government proactively publishes the package of question period notes that were prepared by a government institution for the minister and that were in use on the last sitting day in June and December.

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) received a parliamentary question in November 2023 regarding the types of contracts awarded by the department to DALIAN Enterprises since November 2015, the services being provided, and the total contract values.
