Description:
The objective of this project is to hire an intern to assist at a company that processes approximately 5 million pounds of cranberries per year and 100 thousand pounds of rhubarb. They also offer fruit cleaning and freezing services to other growers in Atlantic Canada. The intern would be responsible for receiveing, cleaning and freezing fruits. This involves completing traceability paperwork, dumping, washing and stacking bins, monitoring fruit as it passes through processing machinery as well as washing equipment and floors.
