This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the South Asian Women's Rights Organization Inc to become a strong emerging community-based women’s organization. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through an in-depth organizational evaluation; strategic planning; and strengthening of the Board of Directors’ capacity to develop strategies relating to fundraising, administration and initiatives.
