I {..} am looking for files related to two complaints filed by Prudential Relocation (granted intervenor status) with the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (C.I.T.T.). The first complaint was made in
2002 and alleged bias in the procurement process in awarding a relocation contract to Royal LePage. More specifically, with respect to the above two complaints, I am looking for a) the original complaints; b) any evidence submitted in support of the complaints; c) full text of the decisions made by C.I.T.T.; and d) any other associated documentation related to the two complaints filed against Royal LePage.
