Pursuant to section 108.1 of the Canada Labour Code, the Honourable Minister of Labour, Ms. Patty Hajdu, directed the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) to conduct a vote among CUPW-represented employees of Canada Post Corporation regarding the collective agreement offer presented in May. The offer was subsequently rejected by the employees.
