“ I would like to know what is or are the rule (s) of the BDC regarding entrepreneurs who have bankrupt and who operate in one or more new companies (legal entity). After how many years can an entrepreneur request financial support from the BDC, is the entrepreneur entitled to receive service and have his request treated like a normal entrepreneur? ”
